"Special" Tab in alignment

Could the "Special" button in the alignment box be highlighted yellow or some other color if there is a number or formula in it?
Right now, when trouble shooting a program (mostly one you didn't write), you have to click on the button "special" to make sure that there is not a rotation or offset that in that alignment. Sometimes you fight trying to find why something isn't right only to find out that someone has an offset in a secondary alignment (or base alignment). If the box would change color or somehow let you know there was something entered, that would make life much easier.
