[To...] Posted April 28, 2023 Share Posted April 28, 2023 The GD&T presentation discusses Simultaneous Requirement but the examples shown are on characteristics that are fully constrained, which would mean the Sim/Req is not necessary, i.e no datum shift applies. [Je...] Posted May 1, 2023 Share Posted May 1, 2023 Sim Req was implemented for datum shift/rotation due to < 6 DOF constrained as well as material condition and material boundary. Our problem is with change stylus system to LineScan. When we start CMM and PC every morning aftre automatic stylus system change from VAST XXT to Linescan Calypso freeze with error message and traffic lights is red.
