Hi all,

It appears that if I import an SSC and turn on the CAA function the offsets are getting compounded onto the stylus system.

This makes it impossible for me to test/program with an CAA enabled stylus system.

I can remember many years ago, that a CAA stylus system would not behave properly until you ran it through a qualification sequence. Haven't seen that in a long time though.

I ended up having to Qualify the MasterProbe, and perform a Fitting Position. Then on the CAA Stylus System, I set the XYZ to the correct values, and then performed a qualification. It now works correctly.

Where were you a few days ago??

I just tested again. It appears that I only need to Qualify the MasterProbe, and perform the Fitting Position, and newly imported CAA Stylus Systems behave correctly (no need to correct the XYZ nominals).
