When you construct a virtual condition cylinder, its axis is a perfect geometry. I would try measuring 3 circles, then construct a 3d line from that. See if it gets you an option to select. This callout is actually a bonus of sorts regarding rule #1. Your local size still needs to be within tolerance,but perfect form is variable ? In Simulation I am able to this, but I am not sure if it is capable.
