Eliminate Serial number from report

In my reports I use Process Protocol (statistical chart) to report out to the job folder each serial number (we have multiple serial numbers in a job), currently I keep the last P.P. report and delete the others.
I want to keep the job number but eliminate the serial number so each new Process Protocol report over writes the previous.

Currently the report in the folder reads: Part Number__Rev_Job Number_Serial Number ( I need the Inspection report continue reporting like this)
I want the Process Protocol report to read: Part Number_Rev_Job Number_Process Protocol.

Unfortunately, if I remove the serial number from one of the Multi-reports it removes it from all the reports.
If would be nice if I could give each of the Multi-reports generated its own name that show that name in the report folder.
(Part number_Rev _ Job _ Serial)
Example: Measured report 12599X25-123-B-41-59111_Serial-12345
SPC report 12599X25-123-B-41-591111_SPC
Characteristics 12599X25-123-B-41-59111_Characteristics
