Anyone dealt with Metrolog before?

Has anyone on the forum ever messed with Metrolog before?

I'm trying to replicate a report, and on a Surface (think Free-Form Surface) they are reporting the Max, Min, SAvg, and UAvg. I'm trying to understand what the SAvg and the UAvg are. Confusing numbers too because on both examples, the SAvg and the UAvg are the same result except that the SAvg is a negative number.
