[Cl...] Posted March 31, 2023 Share Posted March 31, 2023 hey y'all, anyone encounter the error f477 id to sap conversion error? it seems to pop up alot lately but i can't seem to locate any information on how this will affect measurements or how to fix whatever is causing the error. we seem to be able to run measurements regardless so it's not hindering that part of the work. cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
[No...] Posted April 3, 2023 Share Posted April 3, 2023 Are you using third-party probe plates? I don't know any details, but I think Zeiss somehow encodes the SAP article number of its probe plates (and a lot of other electronic components in the system by the way) in the ID stored on the ID chip. If it can't read the correct SAP number, this error is generated. If that is really a problem depends on a number of other condtions. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
