Control charts averaging

We are having an issue with control charts averaging in PiWeb 2021. Older versions such as 2016 allowed us to change the sample size so we could have point for point, this is what the engineering team is wanting for a presentation. I cannot open the database in older versions of PiWeb because we had to convert the files for 2021. Does anyone know a work around?

Hello,

I do not believe you can change it, but I am struggling to understand why you would want a Control Chart if you are wanting to use a Sample Size of (1).

If you want your n to equal 1, I would just stick to the Line Plot - the Process Protocol will easily handle this for you.
