[Ri...]
Hello, Does anyone know if it is possible to record the actual values associated with your manual alignment? I'm looking to add this to the report - don't ask why. Lol. I have access to PCM if that helps, but I'm fairly ignorant when it comes to PCM, so I will need assistance on the coding if that is the case. I appreciate any and all help. Thank you. [Ma...]
If you recall saved alignment, then you can report it - just recall alignment without CNC in name. For reporting characteristics without alignment change available, then you have to copy feature, change alignment and recall measured points. Either way, I still have no way to access to actual values of those manual points. I'm thinking this is possible if I was to run without a base alignment, but that just creates more work. [Ri...]
Alright I figured out how to do it. So I'm doing a 3-2-1 Alignment, so these steps will apply to that. - Create your Base Alignment with your 6 points (make sure the Points are set to Plane-Point). - Do not place a loop on the alignment. - Switch your Base Alignment points to Manual Points. - Copy your Base Alignment points, set these to CNC Points. - Create a new RPS Secondary Alignment, set your Loop and break condition as needed. - Enjoy
