[Er...] Posted March 10, 2023 Share Posted March 10, 2023 If I recall correctly this is the error for the "safety chain." If anything in the chain of switches or sensors detects a fault this error is tripped. The Zeiss tech said there was no way to know which one. It was simply a matter of eliminating each one until the culprit was found.
