CAD Presentation removes Cad Model???

I have a customer who loves pictures. They like the visual representation of seeing the scan paths. I use CAD presentations for this. The program runs fine, until the CAD Presentation processes it's bit, then the CAD model disappears from the screen. I can't even get a wireframe to display. I've imported a new model, and it just vanishes every time.

I'm running Calypso 2021 SP2. (V7.2.0802)

I've seen this problem too but wasn't aware of why or when it was happening. To get the model back, go to CAD > View > Redraw CAD Model

Yes. The Plot protocol populate correctly, but as they're processing, the CAD model disappears, and then the Plots show only scan paths, and no CAD model.

Wow, I've had my presentations switch to wire frame and change angles and zoom, But never remove the cad model completely. You have saved the cad model?
The only way I could fix the problems was to reboot and remake all the affected cad presentations.

I have 2022 (version 7.4.00). This CAD problem has existed for at least a few years.

I have dozens of programs that use CAD presentations. This is really the first time I've had any trouble. And it's a total deal-breaker. I've saved the measured points for now, so when I find a solution, or someone posts one, I'll just repopulate the data.

This can occur if "Show CAD Model" is un-checked when creating the CAD View/Presentation. Or if "Show CAD Model" is turned off by error via other means.

To recover from this one must:
1. Load each View
2. Right Click > Show CAD model
3. Save View
4. Repeat for all views.
5. Save CALYPSO program.
