losing alignment when executing features independantly

Hello All, I lose the zero of the algnment. What is happening is that I often do "execute now" on features and characteristics and it works for a few of them, but then I come across one feature were Calypso does not know where the alignment is positioned anymore and it will scan the feature but give very deviated results (like .300in). I had this problem for years on many different parts and on my programs and collegues programs and on a couple of machines. I don't have the problem when executing the programs fully with the RUN window. So I need to run the alignment again and I am good for executing features individually for awhile.

Also, how can I tell that the algnment is not reliable anymore? Else than looking at the exagerated actual values.
