Offline station does not recognize dongle on WIndows 11

Hello,

I've just received a new workstation (laptop) for my offline Calypso.
This system runs like almost all new computers on Windows 11.
When I start my license activation tool after installing Calypso the tool won't see my license dongle. (i.e. it is not communicating).
The dongle is seen by the USB connection, and other USB drives work as well.
Are there more people with the same problem because I can't believe I'm the only one with this problem, and is there a solution?
Our IT doesn't want to downgrade my system to Windows 10.

Thanks in advance,

Johan.

Got to C:\ProgramData\Zeiss\License\ and see if there's one or more files ending on *.lic and with the serial number of your offline seat in the name. If not, copy the file(s) over from the old laptop or the license file you received from Zeiss.

@ Reiner Gerke,

I've tried both, sadly no succes.
That was the first suggestion i got from Zeiss, now they tell me that implementing Windows 11 is not their priority.

Hello everybody,

Thanks for the input, thanks to Norbert Bendl I've got it working by copying the license files to my new offline station.
It seems to run right now.

Regards,

Johan

Hello, i had to download the Zeiss Dongle Driver off Zeiss Portal. In the Download Center you can search for Dongle. The Driver is inside the Dropdown Miscellaneous.
