Theoretcial Lines from Circle and Point

I create a line through a circle and a point Using 2d line and recall feature points. I then create a second through the same circle but a different point. When I try to get the angle, It should be 50° but it comes to just below 20°.

In this case it is best to use a 3D line. Secondly, do not use recall points but "Recall". Recalling the points is recalling the measurement points around the circumference of the diameters that you are measuring. Using Recall, you are recalling the measured diameter's center points. Doing this, your numbers should come out correctly.
