points on CAD

Anyone know if there is a function/tool/script available that checks each feature [surface points, circles etc.] to see if the nominal values deviate from the CAD nominals, in other words is the point directly on the CAD?

were those elements created on CAD or imported elements?

I gues there is no such feature. 

If crated on CAD this will not happen (maybe, if resolution of CAD is really bad).

Do you have any example where those issues appeared?
