[Pe...] Posted February 6, 2023 Share Posted February 6, 2023 We just upgraded to 7.6 from 5.4 with new PCs installed. The folks have gotten used to the old header that they had setup. I tried to turn the old one back on, but it still will not work. I have unchecked the multi printout and that allows for a grayed out unchecked checkbox on the run screen for the custom printout but it still will not show the old protocol. When I tried to click “Default presentation report “ that option is grayed out in the drop down. It also shows little locks to the left of the items in the drop down. (I know people say the lock means nothing and I agree, but I’m just trying to give all the details. ) Any thoughts. (I’m getting in this after the setup of the machine so I really can’t say everything/anything was imported correctly ) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Other reporting methods will no longer be enhanced..... What happens from CALYPSO 2020? CALYPSO measurement plans created prior to CALYPSO 2020: Older measurement plans that were programmed before CALYPSO 2020 and use the custom report, graphic elements or the Basic Reporter, can also still be used with the old reports. There will be no troubleshooting for old reports. CALYPSO measurement plans created from CALYPSO 2020: The custom report, the graphic element and the Basic Reporter can be opened. There will be no new functions and no roubleshooting for old reports. CALYPSO measurement plans created from CALYPSO 2022: The custom report, the graphic element and the Basic Reporter can no longer be opened. There will be no new functions and no troubleshooting for old reports. All other reports and printouts will remain active. The basic reporter was still installed and accessed the same way. I was able to open/ edit the original file. Also, I’m being told they called zeiss and they talked them through the fix. I haven’t been back there since posting so I do not know what the fix was. I will advise as soon as I find out in case someone else experiences the same. Thank y’all for the responses.
