We installed Calypso 7.2 (2021) on Friday, and since installation, the Piweb Multiple Reports won't report. Has anyone seen this issue before? 1417_d980507f8a87d13152dabc0d04d79fa0.jpg
Anybody have suggestion how to fix this problem?

I had this same issue. Resaving the program or even saving it under a different revision solved the problem for me. It's like it wanted to be saved under the new version of calypso before it would work.

This was the problem. Zeiss said it is supposed to convert them during the installation of the new software, but sometimes it doesn't happen. If you go to your start menu and start typing, "ConvertPiWebDatabases", you will see an up pop up. Open this App and it will convert all the files necessary.
Also, you can find a help tutorial to walk you through it if needed, here is a link.

backed up the database files, re-registered all the programs. I have also installed the latest patch file but I still have this problem. After a program lasting 50 minutes, this problem is very annoying.

I am having similar issues with piweb after every update. I think zeiss can't focus enough on the piweb part in the update

This fixed the issue for mine...

Navigate to the Calypso 7.0 workarea folder, here:

C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO 7.2\workarea

In that folder you will have a folder called, ““PiWebReportinDatabases”. Re-name that folder “PiWebReportinDatabases_backup” then create a new folder and name it “PiWebReportinDatabases".

We have uninstalled calypso and re-installed it. Tried Mike's suggestion, and still nothing resolves this issue. I have a call in with Zeiss and they were going to get with me again today, but haven't yet gotten a phone call from them. This is quite frustrating.

Great suggestion Chad, but no luck. It runs like it's going to produce the piweb report, but just sits there processing nothing. Interestingly, when I open the program on the actual CMM, it runs the report just fine.

After spending another 2 hours on the phone with Zeiss, we found the problem to be other dongles for other software plugged in to the same computer and causing problems. Once I removed the dongles, and had only the zeiss dongle plugged in, Piweb would report just fine. There is not a fix for this at this time, other than removing the dongles.
I'm Editing this message to add that this problem started with Calypso 7.0 (2020) and on... Earlier versions don't seem to have this problem.

With my Offline planner, i simply remove the dongle when i am using Calypso so there isn't any interference and it works fine. Are you experiencing the same problem?

I rolled back to 2020 and some of the problems came with !!! 2021 is a disaster in my eyes. I don't have time to repair their program...That's why I pay such exorbitant software maintenance fees. COMPUTERS WERE SUPPOSED TO MAKE THINGS EASIER. This basic concept seems to have been lost.

We had the same issue with the dongle. Ours was conflicting with the the AcTee dongle.
It was fixed (for us) with the second update to the 7.2 version.
