Zeiss Accura XT Drives Shutting OFF

Hello,
We recently upgraded out Calypso from 5.4 to version 6.6 and this includes upgraded our PC to Windows 10. Ever since the upgrade the Zeiss drives will turn off and make a clicking sound. This happens randomly, about every two or three days, then I will redefine each stylus holder and that will fix the error for awhile. This happens sometimes when the Zeiss is switching probes, and sometimes after running a part, just randomly. This never happened with the old system or software has anyone else came across this? Please see the errors attached below.
