[Me...]
We machine this family parts in strips of aluminum and we alternate the rotation on the part. We currently measure two parts using one base alignment, than autorun them in two piece increments. It works fine but was wondering if there was a way to program one part and have autorun rotate 180 and shift in Y by the amount we specify. Any help is appreciated VinScreenshot 2023-01-26 145556.png
[No...]
Autorun only supports translational shift on pallets. The only alternative would be to use LOS Position (uncheck "Regular" option), but then you need a seperate alignment for each and every part on the pallet. I guess this is not what you want. Another possibility may be to define two pallets, one for all the the "left" parts and one for the "right" ones. Then multi-select both and run as a sequence. But this would still need two alignments, one for each pallet.
[Me...]
Thank you Norbert, I would give the sequence a shot, I appreciate your time and suggestion.
