[Ja...]
What is the best way to setup a report to include both Metric and Imperial values? 99% of our jobs are Imperial, and we have 5 or 6 new jobs that are metric. Our Production Manager wants us to convert everything to imperial for machining purposes, and to make it easier on the guys on the shop floor so they don't have to pull out a calculator to make adjustments. I have attached a copy of our current PiWeb report we use through PiWeb Monitor for the guys on the floor to use. I was thinking of making a separate Box for the Values with the converted information.Single Report with Manuals.zip
[Ja...]
I have the report modified some now ( see picture below). No I just have to figure out how to convert the metric values to inch. Is there some way I can use a formula to do that?
[Jo...]
This will get complicated if the "unit" is an angle. The modified report would need a condition(which could be formatting). I have done a simple formula in the comments section of a characteristic, but that is not a real solution. I have not tried a formula in the report template.
