use slot to third datum

Hello all,

I have question for using slot to third datum.
when i use slot, it doesnt work. It seems to use the directivity of base alignment as it is.
But, if I put a circle with the same position instead of a slot, it work well.

calypso version is 7.4.0402

Anyone know why this happens?

Use Cir_recall Slot1 for third.JPGFetching info... Use slot for third.JPGFetching info...

Did you tried to have Slot1 rotated? You should see rotation then. But you have Slot1 along X axis - what would you expect?

yes, i want to rotated by slot, but it doesn't work. (I dont input value to rotate)
The coordinates of the circle are the same as those of the slot, but when each element enters the tertiary datum, the reference coordinate system is created differently, and the reference value of the element(Circle2) to be evaluated is set differently accordingly.

I wnat to know why this happens. Slot doesn't use to third datum or use 3d-line only..

Slot will give you something like 3d line - it will rotate your alignment, but not the same way as with recalled circle. Direction of slot is used as refference angle for rotating alignment.
