Blade Pro and Windows 22H2

Anyone having issues with Blade Pro version 2.6.02.2 and Windows version 22H2? It works fine on a computer running windows version 21H2.

I have double checked the system settings for the windows UTF-8 beta function encoding, and it is off. (This can cause cad-models to not load/save with your measurement plan depending on you language setting) and the Blade issue seems to be related to path and/or encoding. Or some .NET link library was f-ed up by Microsoft.

The error shows it self as no specification files can be opened, and if you create a new, you can't save it. So it's 100% broken.

Just like to see if anyone else having issues, since it can help me pin point the cause.

EDIT - Solved.
For future reference:
The issue turned out to indeed be a language mismatch between the default codepage and the Operating System.

I went thru all kinds of issues installing simple Calypso (2019) on version (Win10) 22H2.
Had to involve Zeiss engineers, everything from License wont activate to bad software installation.
Took about a week or so for a team at Zeiss to resolve it, in the end, they think its due to 22H2.
