Travel command rejected, motor output

Hello, We are having issues when we try to run a program and before the stylus is going to be put away and switch to next stylus, it stops and comes up with the following error on status window 4 travel command rejected motor output stage not ready. We have Zeiss Accura vast Xt and running Calypso 6.6 on windows 10. I also have calibrated the probe several times, thank you for any input you might have.
