CMM data not found

During start up on a new Calypso, this message has popped up several times. When you click OK, Calypso continues to start but in Simulation mode. (no homing)

Exit all the way out of Calypso and re-start Calypso, connection made without a hitch and machine homes.

Any ideas why this happens (randomly) ??

Hi,

please check the network connection workstation to controller.
If lost, cmm-data chould not read from controller.
