GOM Metrotom Scout Question

I know this belongs under Hardware, but I am placing the question here for visibility.

Recently, a storm knocked out power to our facility, and the GOM Metrotom Scout we have shut down. Upon restarting the power to the CT scanner, the power light flashes rapidly, and the reset button never flashes to indicate the system is ready for turning on the vacuum pump. We currently have inquiries out to Zeiss for a technician, but I was wondering if anyone knows what a rapidly flashing power light indicates?
