'No Access To Project File'

I am using GOM inspect professional and have been working on a project, I have then tried to save it but I am presented with the below message. This message also now pops up as I'm working on the same file. 

It suggests I have lost connection to the file location I am working on, but I do still connected to it. This error has happened before and I could not find a way around it and ended up losing my work. 

I have tried what I can to salvage the file but cannot find any way to do it.

could you contact your local distributor with a gomsic? 
In most cases it's a problem with the network connection.
