I tried to study something about patterns like this.
What i did was:
  • make group of features for one occurrence
  • right click on group to select pattern window
  • pick 2D array
  • fill occurences as rows and columns with appropriate distances ( 11 rows with 38 distance | 13 columns with 35 distance )
  • select indexes for excluding
Like that you will see all occurences which will be measured.

Note: you can not exclude first occurence - at least what i see.

solution 1
The same will be at the >>> Face profile <<<
here measuring points must be evaluated directly with the CAD model

solution 2
The same will be at the >>> Line profile <<<
Generate a contour from the CAD model.
Scan the component and carry out a comparison

I would create an alignment for each row.
Then each feature would be in a pattern.
You can copy features from the initial set of patterns and place in the appropriate alignments and change pattern count.
Each characteristic can be applied the same way from the Alignments and patterns.
