Piweb output error

Ever since I upgraded from Calypso 2019 to 2021 I've had this errors on some of the program that I've ran. This error pops up at the end of the run when it's trying to generate the piweb report.

We are getting the same error message and when we don't get the error message it will not print also. Talked to tech support but have not got back to me yet. We also upgraded to 2021 Calypso. Thinking about going back to the older version Calypso.

Did you update the PiWeb database? Calypso 2020 uses a different format.

We have the same problem. Zeiss Support told us to upgrade Calypso to 7.0.12. But they are not sure if this fixes the problem.
We will do the update next week and will see if it works.

We had the same problem, tech support updated the piweb dbase ext names and it went away. However several other 2021 problems caused us to roll back to 2020. Now the problem is back and the fix is not so easy.

Love new releases ! Things that weren't broken show up broken. 🙄

use the ConvertPiWebDatabases utility. I believe is in your start menu under Calypso 2020

Wir haben ebenfalls dieses Problem, wenn ich jedoch das Programm unter der neuen Version Calypso 2021 speichere funktioniert anschließend das Protokoll ohne Fehlermeldung, jedoch kann dies aus meiner Sicht nicht die Lösung sein, da wir sonst eine Ewigkeit benötigen um alle Programme neu abzuspeichern.

I don't think I will ever get a Calypso update again. We can't measure because we get the same errors after every update.
It's also interesting that everyone has the same problem and Zeiss still hasn't intervened.

It's November and we still have the same error message, mostly it shows up in AutoRun more so than in Calypso.
Sent multiple reports for Zeiss, that replies it's a network issue, the IT guys of course and it is a program issue.

Nothing to do with Network. My Prismo is a standalone machine. Have no idea whats going on with it...

We have been having the same problem here. It is very random, and there are a few variations, including the one I'm looking at on my offline seat (in Master mode - not Autorun) that states:

"Unhandled exception: Index was outside the bounds of the array." (This program worked fine yesterday...)

We are running Calypso 2021 with latest Service Pack from November 2021. These errors are only with piWeb reports, and happen both when we run a program on PC or server.

We have this intermittently on 2021 also, we have the latest patch installed and only ever seems to occurs in auto run. We did the PiWeb database update but it still happens randomly from time to time.. happens across all our 8 machines, very frustrating!

Been getting it more and more often.
