Adding date but not time to a header

Hello. I have a super simple objective that I cannot figure out. How do I add date but not time to a header and do so with the western standard format of DD/MM/YYYY ? Thank you.

Thanks, Ünal! I was so focused on editing the header variable from the right-click dropdown menu that I didn't see this option in the properties (F4) tab.

We are having a hot autumn due to global warming. The rains have just begun and came very quickly.

It's a typical cold November here in Minnesota. We haven't had much snow here yet. Further east from us, Buffalo, New York had 6-7 feet of lake-effect snow.
