Alignment Question

I know this is a stupid question but what does it mean when your features tetrahedron is different orientation than your main base alignment?

The local alignment of a feature. For example, if you have a part with a plane at 45 degrees in an axis from your base alignment, the features local tetrahedron will reflect this orientation.
