Has anyone installed Calypso while using Sentinel One?
I need to install Calypso 2015 (V6.08x), then 2020 and 2022.
I'm thinking 2015 might be best on a virtual machine?

I cant get Calypso to install, SQL and Net Framework failures.

Calypso works just fine on Windows 11, at least version 6.6.28 does.

Calypso doesn't like when SQL or .net framework is newer than it expects at installation, uninstall it completely, then let 2015 install. It'll probably work.

Michael, just to clarify. I did not state that it wont work. I stated that Win11 is not officially supported. I have seen problems with Calypso installations using Windows 11, rolling back to a supported version of Windows 10 has resolved the issue in every case I am aware of.

FYI - When you are working through the SQL install error, Calypso 2015 (6.6) uses SQL 2008 and Calypso 2018 and newer uses SQL 2017.

There is a list of supported operating systems and hardware requirements in the release notes of each version of Calypso.

For my own knowledge, which issues have you seen coming from Windows 11?

Besides some of the annoying choices Microsoft made regarding tab grouping and moving taskbars we haven't experienced any problems.

Almost always it is issues during installation or driver related problems. I can't say it happens often as most CMM users are using Zeiss workstations with Win 10 LTSB. Occasionally an offline seat user will try to install Calypso on something strange at home (Ios, Android tablet, coffee maker etc). 😃
