distance check

hello , what is the best way the check distance from the max points in this case in the picture? 

i did 2 curves and check distance from 2 curves, i'm not sure if it's take the max point.

there is a way to take the max point in the section?

Hello Eyal,

a 2-curve distance will give you the shortest distance between two curves, so this should work if the two curves are the concave parts of the section.

Another approach is to use an inner disc caliper and select the section or even two touch points followed by a two point distance. This would give you the touch points as elements if you are interested in them.
