Accurate method to get center of a segment on radius?

I have a datum callout on a small segment of a radius cylinder to origin the part. What is the accurate way to measure to center the part?

First make inital measurement with fixed radius ( i am using curves - my opinion ), then use formula to get main feature position and angles. If it is machined, then you should be fine now - i am doing mambo jumbo on forged sandblasted parts with 20° of arcs 😃
