GD and T callout I have yet to see....

See picture below,

I understand the first callout is a normal position. However the perpendicularity callout attached to it is something I haven't seen before. Anyone care to shed some light on the subject?

This is newer ISO standard. Don't know exactly now, but i think that this is used for rectangle tolerance, where width is defined by plane perpendicular to base "V". It gives you direction of tolerance - perhaps they just want to report only one axis.

If no one will have better answer, than on monday i'll lookup on docs at work.
