Program with 180° part rotation rotation

Hello

So I am creating a program for a shaft with a long bore thru hole (300+mm). My issue is the because of size constraints in the Y axis I have to mount so it can be measured in the Z axis but I need to be able to rotate the part 180° to get to the other end to measure the balance of the characteristics.
How do I do this and keep all of the base alignment information, like the part axis for runout or do I just create 2 separate programs to get all of the required measurements ?

Does your characteristics need features from both sides?

If not, then you can make second part just by rotating model and using condition with prompt to continue program.
If yes, then there is alignment to fit and join both sides ( i have little icon of airplane ).

If you have FF on it, then it can be tricky.
