Bei einem Taster mit Ø3mm und 133mm Gesamtlänge habe ich sehr seltsame Antastvektoren bei Einzelpunkten (siehe Bild im Anhang). Scanning sieht auch nicht optimal aus, ist aber glaube ich normal bei passiven Sensoren. Jemand eine Idee, wo das herkommt? Winkelstellung ist A0° B90° (+X), und beim Antasten sieht es manchmal so aus als würde der Taster leicht verrutschen auf der Fläche. Es handelt sich um gefräste Alu-Teile, Taster ist aus Siliziumnitrid. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

[Da...] Posted October 18, 2022 Author Share Posted October 18, 2022 I made this pictures without proper aligmnet of the part, but it also appears during normal run of the program. Retract distance is 2mm, should be enough. Did not work on VAST XXT long time, I'm used to VAST gold at home 😉 The measurement results overall looks fine, I was just confused by this vectors...
