Position of cylinders issue

Hello Everyone,

I have a piece that contains parallel 3 Cylinders , i want to get the position in CAD so i can Compare it to the real piece .. in drawing i don't have a X-Y Coordinate , just the raduis and the angle between each cylinder , i'm stuck now i don't know how to get the true position of these 3 cyinder (or circles on their top ),

Create planes on top of each Cylinder.
Project each Cylinder to its respective Plane
This will create a Projection Point for each Cylinder.
You can use the Projection Point in a True Position.
