Rotating Curve with Position Point

I am trying to rotate a 3d curve using a secondary alignment with Keep Position active. The curve moves fine, but the position point in the strategy does not move.

UPDATE Actually the position point seems to be moving randomly. Sometimes it keeps the same position and sometimes it moves to some crazy position. In the pics, it didn't move.

It can be some sort of bug - i'll try on my version tomorrow.

Yes, CMM positions in 3d curves are bugged beyond belief. They will change location if you just delete any one point in the curve. I always lock them with formulas referenced to the alignment..
