Richard, I thought you had it, but no ,No end park position. I have requalified , It doesn't seem to affect the final results . I'm just going to put up with it, Its a giant 23 page report program for a one pc job. Thanks for the hints !!

Dang - alright.

The last thing I could think of is to check inside of Resources - Features Settings Editor - Stylus System to see if a group or anything is referencing something bogus.

I guess it is also possible for something to get corrupted in the sql database, so if you ever get time, you might delete the stylus system and remake it.

I had a similar problem on an old program. I found an extra stylus system on the exchange Stylus system page, I changed it to the active system and the problem went away.

When this happens in Calypso 5 I manually set the stylus system and stylus for all features under Feature Settings, no "Default."

If I still have issues I use a text editor on the "inspection" file and manually fix it. 🙄
Usually this happens inside the strategy with more than one line. The first line gets changed, but not the rest.

You probably did but, just to make sure, be sure and select stylus, not stylus system.
Stylus shows every probe used in the feature, where stylus system just shows the stylus name.
If nothing in CMM Park, then I'd second what John said, probably in some PCM formula and if not construction or theoretical, in the pre or post parameters on the characteristics side, like to load a specific stylus for the next run or PCM system move?

Found it !! it was a rotation location for a different rotation.... I'm not rotating at all.

We used a program from the previous guy ( it will be faster !). Not doing that again !
