Why does it do this? (CAD Model)

Any idea why this happens when creating/selecting feature the model?
Are there any remedies to fix this?

I see this problem a lot. I usually extract a new feature, then use the paint brush to copy the strategy and evaluation settings over. Then, I open the old feature, ctrl-c copy the name, close it and delete it. Ignore the warnings. Then, I immediately open new feature, ctrl-v paste the new name and I'm done. Unfortunately, sometimes I have to do this more than once to get it to stay.

I use CAD Model comparison and it gets rid of it for me.

The problem I am seeing is a lot of times, the fix does not always stay fixed.

While I'm on a roll, why doesn't the Display Quality setting stay active? If I set it to "Very Fine", it makes the adjustment but at a later date, I go back into the plan, the setting is still very fine, but the quality is more like normal. I have to re-select very fine.
