How can i create this file?

Hello Rodrigo,

example XML files for the artifacts along with some more information can be found at the GOM Acceptance Test package page.

Please also notice, that the dialog in the screenshot you attached is requesting a configuration file, not an artifact file. You can safely just click "Next" here. At the end of the wizard, you have the option to create such a configuration file. When you execute the script again at a later point, the configuration file enables you to quickly set all the parameters without going through the wizard again.
