Moving a base alignment to account for stock on all surfaces

I am having trouble moving an alignment to offset .01 stock on the surface of the Finished size model that I have. I want to use space points. I've done this before a long time ago and can't seem to get it right.

Use formulas in the features to account for the extra 0.010"?

Shift the entire base alignment coordinate system in the base alignment/start alignment popup by clicking 'Special' in the upper right corner. Click 'Offset' and add 0.010" to whichever coordinate axis you need? (You can use formulas by right clicking in the boxes too)

I have a model of the finished part. Its part of a mold, And has 1/4 of a diameter on it, when all 4 parts are done, they will form a complete cylinder. At this time its soft milled and has about .020 stock on the bottom surface , (Z) .010 stock on the X side and .01 stock on the Y side. There are NO finished surfaces except the counter bores for a couple assembly holes.

So I need to align from the unfinished surfaces and offset the base alignment so the model is located at the finished position.
I really don't want to use a secondary alignment, because I'll be using space points and changing to the secondary alignment is tedious. ( lots of points)

Just tried the Offset that Devin mentioned. Looked good at first, but I had to fill in new nominals to make it work. That won't work cause i have points at all kinds of angles and I am not going to refigure the XYZ coordinates of all these points... Maybe I screwed up the offset somehow ?

It sounds like you want to evaluate the program as if the stock material was already removed, even though its physically there. If this is the case, then you need to know exactly how much extra is there and create theoretical alignment features with formulas to remove the extra stock, so it simulates it's a finished part. Once all your the theoretical features are created, you can create a parts alignment to evaluate your measurements without changing nominals. The difficulty is getting X, Y, and Z values exact to what you should be and probably some formula will need to be used. Good luck.

Haven't tried it myself but could you make an alignment with "Plane with Offset" in the construction tab? Or maybe Symmetry to get a center point... but thats assuming stock is even on all sides.
