[Pa...] Posted August 29, 2022 Share Posted August 29, 2022 I get an error that there is something wrong with certain databases and it tells me to use the pi web repair utility to correct the issue. Does anyone know what this is? I have searched for what this is and cannot find anything. Is it something to download or something that already comes with the software? [La...] Posted August 29, 2022 Share Posted August 29, 2022 Did you upgrade from an older version of Calypso recently? If so, new versions of Calypso use DFS piweb files instead of DFM files. It is likely that you need to run the Convert PiWeb Databases utility, which you can find in the ZEISS folder of your start menu. Point to the location of your Piweb databases (usually in /workarea/) and then specify if you'd like the original files backed up somewhere. Then press convert DBs. [Pa...] Posted August 30, 2022 Author Share Posted August 30, 2022 Also our Zeiss start folder doesnt contain the covert database utility and cannot be found on the computer from the search menu.
