[Ka...]
Dear experts, We need to generate process capability protocol ( CPK ) for every measurement of one part in a single pdf document. Unfortunately the parts have arround 50 to more than 100 measurements. At the moment we need to right-clic on every entry of a result table, wait until the data are retrived and calculated, click the "process capability" template, choose print, choose the pdf printer and type in a unique file name. After do this with every entry we need to join every single pdf document to a big one. ๐ฑ I think this should be done in an automatic way ๐ How to do this with PiWeb Plus? [La...]
in PiWeb reporting plus, go to help -> About. Let me know which version of PiWeb reporting plus you are using. I have a report that does this for you. Laura

[Ka...]
Dear Laura, Our version is 7.4.15.0 By the way: Is the Version of PiWeb Plus depending on the Version of CALYPSO? We run CALYPSO 7.0.20. Best regards Karsten
[La...]
The easiest way to tackle this for all different versions of PiWeb is to take the PFU.ptx file from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Zeiss\CALYPSO\bin\PiWebReporting\defaults\DetailPages and copy it. Paste a copy of it into: C:\Users\Public\Documents\Zeiss\CALYPSO\protocol\PiWebReportingTemplates And make sure that you have this path designated in your PiWeb Reporting Plus settings (gear icon in the top right corner). Then you can click on the measurement plan from the left column, and select the PFU.ptx from the right pane of available report templates. It already has built-in functionality to repeat for X amount of characteristics. The default page behaviour for this report is to include all characteristics in the measurement plan. If you would like to select specific characteristics to be included in this report, you'll need to open it in Designer, double click on your page data binding icon, and turn on the checkmark "Characteristic selection in PiWeb monitor" in the bottom left corner of the Data provider screen. From then on, you will see the characteristic selection pane while viewing the report. I do have many, many, many various templates for capability studies (similar to Minitab 6 pack for example (without the probability plot) , and automotive-style 30 pc layouts...) but they are in various versions, with the oldest I think being v7.6. [La...]
Please sign in to view this quote. Yes, every version of Calypso has a different embedded version of PiWeb Reporting/PiWeb Reporting Plus inside. So Calypso 7.2 will run 7.6.x for example. (this is just from my experience as a user)
[Ka...]
Dear Laura, Thanks a lot for your detailed description. Now I can see the PFU.ptx template but if I select a measurement plan and the PFU template I see simply a blank template. There are no data to select... ๐ญ Whats going wrong?CPK-template.jpg
[รn...]
Hello, If you use this template in the Monitor section, you will not see any value. You can use the template after each measurement if you add it as below
[Ka...]
Dear รnal, Thanks a lot for this great tipp! It works now. Using the detour to load the program, then insert the PFU with in the reports it runs wonderfully. This saves me a lot of time and nerves. thank you very much!
