[Ja...] Posted August 15, 2022 Share Posted August 15, 2022 Hi, We had our complete calibration scheduled for 7/25. The tech did not show up and dispatch did not even notify us about this. After a lot of calls and emails, it was rescheduled for 8/16 and this time tech called and cancelled again with no further communication from dispatch. [Ya...] Posted August 17, 2022 Share Posted August 17, 2022 Hello, I have never had any problems with Zeiss and the reliability in keeping appointments. But it could also be due to the fact that Zeiss has several customer centres in the Area. 🙂 The German guys were always on time. And no appointment has ever been postponed. [Ün...] Posted August 23, 2022 Share Posted August 23, 2022 We align the calibration with the lowest production and mostly annual leave period. Since we made the planning 3 months in advance, the calibration is carried out in the week we have determined. We haven't had any problems like this for the last 7 years.
