Kostenlos wird es das höchstwahrscheinlich nicht geben, da SAT/SAB ein proprietäres Format von Spatial ist und ständig weiterentwickelt wird. Wenn ein Konverter up-to-date bleiben soll, muss der Hersteller die Entwicklungsunterlagen kaufen und aktuell halten. Das Geld holt er sich natürlich von den Anwendern wieder.
