Parametric Program with different Curve Geometries

Hello, good night.
I'm creating a new parametric program with similar geometries (involutes) for a family of 50 part numbers, in general the parametric program is too easy recall some features with different planes areas, diameters and slot for rotation, no problem...but my issue is with the BEST FIT RECALL, I measure and create the involutes curves with a formula and some parameters in point generator option in Calypso and until this step all fine all the 50 PN change without any issue, but when I recall the same curve points to create the BF and find the alignment and plot for this feature the problem begins.

The method to recall the points is the next: after measure the original curve I recall the curve with read nominal values / append nominal curve and then activate the BF option and then recall points of the feature and it is done. NO problem with until The program start to run the different models the values of BF curve are not updated.

I'm trying to generate / export the curves, and then import them with a similar way but instead of append nominal points with an ASCII files, I don't now maybe a parameter where I can recall the curve files and then recall the points of the feature... any success until now.

If you have a better idea or now the correct procedure, please share...Thank you.

I have a similar type program. (If I understand your problem correctly?), I assign a secondary alignment to
the initial curve(s), and then use a PCM variable based on the new nominal to move the curves in the appropriate
axis as the part grows. This works well as long as the geometry is exactly the same.

Thank you Clarke, I fix the problem just refreshing the curve something happened (idk what) but refreshing the feature and recalling all data works finally.

But I found that the best way to fix my problem is to export data in evaluation point in file and then export data in ASCII type and then import this data as a ASCII CNC and works! I think that could be a better option to complete these steps... I also create a additional alignment and with PCM recalls or adjust the recall geometry.
