Autorun pallet alignment issue

Hello,

So, little background. Part alignment is created while part is in pallet and manually aligned. Then I did create the pallet alignment and manually aligned it.

After those I created autorun program and set pallet alignment as palletprogram(CNC) and part alignment as partprogram (without CNC). When I run it, it starts to align the pallet, but offsets it so that part alignment is x0y0 and tries to scan hole under the part, even it is supposed to scan hole next to it??

When I run these programs invidually they work like charm. What I'm missing??

I have my pallet alignment in it's own program.
In Autorun the pallet alignment does not run.
In Autorun the part base alignment runs based off the pallet alignment you select in the setup.

Hello,

Yes, my pallet alignment is also in it's own program.

In autorun, it tries to run pallet alignment, but in wrong place. So, the pallet alignment never finishes.
I tried to swap part to pallet and pallet to part in pallet's parameters windows. Then the pallet alignment runs properly, but the part alignment never runs.

So, it seems that somehow my autorun is trying to run part alignment, but does it with pallet alignment program and from location of first part??

I tried creating new pallet program, but it doesn't solve the issue??

Update:

I created new pallet and put pallet program to both pallet and part. Then I added inspection program to pallet and replaced the old offsets. This seems to do the trick. If somebody have this similar problem.
