Calibration process - with error message

Hello GOM team!

 

I was wondering if you can help me with my problem. 

 

Failure is pictured below.

This happen everytime i am running a calibration on our ATOSscanbox 4105.

I am able to run the calibration up to the C2 position where i get this error.

is this connected with the exposition time setting or the distance from scanner and Calibration panel?

Merhaba 

We also use ATOS Scanbox 5120, it stays in C2 position for 4-5 minutes during calibration, then we get the same error. The problem is still not resolved. Hope someone can get back to you.

Hello. If it is ok in one position and not in another with this cannot find elipses error my first thing to check would be dust or mark on lenses.

If the dust is covering identification elipses the error will happen.

Look carefully at the camera images in the software on first position and error position.

Depending on sensor variant start with cleaning lens cover/filters first.  If still not ok clean lenses . If still not ok ccd.

  Always use the manual air puffer.

Hi,

the problem was with the lamp - lamp hours exceeded. Will require to replace it for a new one.
