protocol export as .csv

Hello,
Currently we transfer all our measurements to the inspection plans by hand.
This shall be done automatically in the future. Therefore, we need to export the data from the protocol into a .csv file.
I have exported a protocol to .csv by hand in PiWeb but that’s not automatic…
In my previous research I discovered that it would be easier to export the data into an excel file, but we can´t do that, because most of the further programs can only handle .csv.
I also found that it may be done with PCM. But my understanding of C is very basic.
The form of the .csv must be configured to our needs.
If anyone could give me a hint or a solution, I would very much appreciate it.

PS: We´re running Calypso 2020 and I´m very new to Calypso, so please have mercy.

We use the .chr files. Using Excel's Launch Power Query Editor we import from a folder with only those .chr files. Then we create a Pivot Table arranged appropriately. Then it is copy and paste.

I have a template Excel file. I copy the .chr files to a folder on my Desktop. I refresh the Query and the Pivot Table. Then I pick the appropriate Sheet with the format I need. If I wanted to I could save it as a .csv file.

We also use JMP statistical software that does the same thing. I just need to figure out how to run the scripts so JMP does it automatically like Excel. Naturally no software training is funded. 🤣
